Wherever possible, Positive Materials will create opportunities for superior returns and investor liquidity. We are focused on efficient de-risking, competitive advantages, and becoming invaluable to our customers.

We’re building strategic relationships with leaders in the battery industry and securing top-tier technological expertise through licensing and partnerships with qualified pCAM producers and technology leaders.

Approach

Positive Materials is evaluating pCAM plant technologies best suited to reliably and sustainably produce bespoke pCAM formulations such as NCM, NCMA and NCA (battery chemistries that contain various amounts of nickel, cobalt, manganese and aluminum) and considering a cost-plus tolling business model in close collaboration with customers.

We will deploy only mature, commercially proven technology, avoiding technological risk. We will deliver value, quality, impeccable provenance and a low carbon footprint.

Sustainability

We bring a sincere, caring approach and a proven track record of social and environmental excellence to Project Positive+. Customers are increasingly seeking to procure sustainably and locally-made battery materials, which in turn command a premium price. Provenance, carbon footprint of raw materials production, electricity generation and input material sources are also important considerations for the market, and these are areas that Positive Materials will excel in. We're also positioned to pursue the value-added opportunity of “green pCAM” production through the processing of recycled raw materials.
